Peran Sales Engineer – Cutting Tools berfokus pada pengembangan penjualan, penyediaan dukungan pelanggan, serta pemecahan masalah teknis terkait produk alat potong (cutting tools) di wilayah penugasan yang ditentukan. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki latar belakang teknik mesin yang kuat, kemampuan analitis dan komunikasi yang sangat baik, serta siap melakukan perjalanan dinas secara rutin.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in the cutting tools industry; Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned area; Promote and sell cutting tools and related products; Provide technical support and solutions for cutting tool applications; Analyze customer requirements and solve cutting tool-related problems; Conduct customer visits and support product demonstrations when required; Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities; Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams; Travel within assigned areas as required.
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cutting tools industry; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially related to cutting tool applications; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Possess a valid SIM A; Good command of English, both verbal and written; Willing to travel and handle sales activities in East Java, Central Java, Balikpapan, and Batam; Candidates based in East Java are preferred.
