About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales to manage end-to-end internal sales operations. This role is the primary point of contact for all customer sales inquiries and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order processing, timely delivery coordination, and active customer follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Respond to all customer inquiries including RFQs, lead time requests, and price quotations
Prepare and issue Sales Orders upon receipt of customer Purchase Orders Issue Order Confirmations to customers Coordinate with the Warehouse team for Delivery Note issuance and outbound shipment initiation
Coordinate with the Accounting team for Invoice issuance Proactively follow up with customers on open quotations and RFQs where no PO has been received, with the goal of converting them into confirmed orders Serve as the main point of contact for all customer sales-related communication
Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, orders, and customer correspondence Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 in any discipline; Business Administration or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales administration, customer service, or inside sales Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) is a plus Strong communication skills — written and verbal
