Posisi Sales Consultant untuk proyek logistik di Medan ini bertanggung jawab mengelola seluruh proses penjualan dari awal hingga penutupan kesepakatan. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan bisnis baru di industri seperti Oil & Gas, EPC, dan Mining/Energy. Anda akan bertugas menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan, menyusun solusi logistik yang disesuaikan, melakukan negosiasi kontrak, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (operasi, teknik, pengadaan) untuk memastikan eksekusi proyek berjalan efisien. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan konsultatif dalam menjual dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pemangku kepentingan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage end-to-end sales process for project-based logistics; Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities; Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers; Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions; Prepare and present commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations; Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery; Monitor and manage sales pipeline and performance; Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major, preferably Engineering or related technical background; Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales, with strong exposure to project cargo / heavy equipment handling.
