Tim Operasional di SPX Express menangani proses operasional dari ujung ke ujung, mulai dari saat pembeli mencari produk di platform Shopee hingga produk diterima oleh pembeli. Tim menganalisis dan memantau KPI operasional di seluruh wilayah serta melakukan analisis akar masalah ketika kinerja operasional berfluktuasi. Posisi Facility Management bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional seluruh ruang kantor dan gudang SPX Express, menangani pemeliharaan preventif, mengawasi perbaikan serta renovasi fasilitas. Anda juga akan mengelola sistem kontrol akses, kamera CCTV, dan sistem alarm guna menjamin keselamatan serta keamanan fasilitas secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the smooth operation of all SPX Express office and warehouse spaces, promptly addressing any arising issues; Organize preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and supervise facility renovations while maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities; Conduct thorough inspections across multiple SPX Express facilities to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for enhancement; Source, assess, and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers; Obtain quotes and ensure timely, budget-friendly, and precise project completion; Oversee access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems to guarantee premises' safety and security; Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to effectively address potential crises; Requirements:; Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited university; 2 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field within a dynamic work environment; Proficient in problem-solving with a high sense of accountability; Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; Willingness to be mobile and visit various SPX Express premises as needed.
