• Product Development & Market Analysis
• Create comprehensive business plans, performance analysis, budgets, and sales forecasts in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Identify unique selling points and develop products that differentiate us from competitors
• Identify, screen, and evaluate new business opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments
• Identify and research new potential clients and manage strategic partnerships
• Evaluate the performance of products sold to coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for business development strategies
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Monitoring all documentation processes related to operational and business development, from invoices to employment contracts
• Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a focal point for value creation, working closely with the Commercial team to expand local presence across products
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in business development activities
• Monitor project milestones and propose effective, timely remedial actions for any lack of progress
• Make and give presentations on prospective projects towards internal executives
