Job Descriptions: Develop strategic partnerships with institutions, communities, and professional networks to expand property sales opportunities. Execute property sales and marketing activities through partnership channels to increase sales volume and closing rates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaborations. Identify and approach potential partners to expand sales channels and increase property sales opportunities. Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities with stakeholders and strategic partners to establish successful business collaborations.
Develop and implement business development strategies and sales channels to support market expansion and achieve sales targets. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any majors would be preferable
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in property developer/real estate industry) and in the same level Strong leadership and team building skills Customer Service Orientation
Strong verbal and written communication Strength in problem solving, good negotiation, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Willing to be placed in Kota Harapan Indah, Kota Bekasi
