Peran ini berfokus pada dukungan operasional bagi tim penjualan untuk mencapai target perusahaan. Sales Assistant akan bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam mengelola dokumen penjualan, menyusun laporan, serta memberikan dukungan administratif selama perjalanan bisnis terkait aktivitas penjualan. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menjalin komunikasi antar departemen, memantau pesanan pelanggan, serta memastikan pengiriman dilakukan tepat waktu. Anda juga akan membantu Sales Manager dalam menyiapkan strategi penjualan, penawaran harga, dan dokumen proposal untuk kebutuhan tender.
Tanggung jawab: Collaborating with the sales team to help achieve target sales goals; Managing and organizing sales-related documents and reporting activities; Providing support during business travel for sales-related activities; Responsible for communicating with other departments; Monitoring and ensuring timely follow-up on customer orders and deliveries; Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing sales strategies, price quotations, and proposal documents for bids; Carrying out additional duties or tasks as directed by the Superior.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply); Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory); English proficiency is a plus; Willing to travel for work; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting; Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable; Highly motivated, persistent, and results-oriented; Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
