We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to work directly alongside our Director. In this pivotal role, you will streamline day-to-day sales operations, manage client communications, and handle essential administrative tasks. Your support will drive team productivity and ensure our sales processes run efficiently, enabling the Director to focus on strategic, high-level priorities. Proactive The candidate must anticipate needs before being asked. They should be able to identify gaps, follow up on pending matters, and take action without waiting for direction. We need someone who moves things forward, not someone who waits for tasks to land on their desk.

This role involves juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously — from handling client communications to preparing reports and coordinating internal follow-ups. Someone who looks for ways to improve processes, spots opportunities to add value, and takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged. This person should be driven by results, not just instructions.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations and manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data entry; • Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members; • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-ups;
• Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery; • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries; • Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, and business development) to ensure smooth fulfillment;
