Tanggung jawab: Overview:; We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the Hore; 1. Sales Strategy Development:; Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Horeca sector; Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses; 2. Client Relationship Management:; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in the Horeca industry; Understand clients' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction; 3. Product Knowledge and Training:; Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients; Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients in the Horeca industry; 4. Sales Performance Analysis:; Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets; Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly; 5. Team Collaboration:; Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives; Provide feedback from the field to help in the development of new products and services tailored to the Horeca sector.
