Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealers and other key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand project sales and market coverage. Manage HVAC project sales activities for both B2B and B2C customers.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and business projections to support sales growth. Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution. Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and proposal discussions with customers.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships. Build and strengthen networks with industry associations, consultants, and related communities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth within the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in project sales, HVAC, construction, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel frequently and work in a mobile sales environment.
- Possess a valid driving licens
