• PROSPECTING & LEAD GENERATION
• Identify and reach out to potential clients across local and international markets
• Build and maintain your own pipeline (cold outreach, follow-ups, networking, referrals)
• Qualify leads and focus your energy on the highest-value opportunities
• SELLING & CLOSING
• Own the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
• Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and present the right website / paid-ads solution
• Work closely with the proposals team to tailor quotes and pitches to each client's needs
• Negotiate and close deals across a range of project sizes and service tiers
• Consistently hit and exceed your sales targets
• CLIENT HANDOVER & RELATIONSHIPS
• Deliver a great experience for every prospect throughout the sales process
• Ensure a smooth, warm handover of each new client to the team responsible for delivery
• Spot upsell and referral opportunities along the way
• PIPELINE & REPORTING
• Keep your CRM and pipeline clean, updated and accurate
• Report on activity, pipeline and results to leadership
• Share what's working and what isn't so we can keep improving
• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales / commercial role (marketing or digital agency a strong plus)
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing deals
• Fluent, professional English, non-negotiable for this role
• Comfortable using a CRM and standard sales tools to manage your own pipeline
• Hungry, self-driven and target-oriented, you chase deals without waiting to be pushed
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• HIGHLY REGARDED
• Experience specifically selling digital services
• Existing network or sales experience in Indonesia / international markets
• Indonesian language (any additional languages are a plus)
• Experience working in a fast-moving or growing business

• COMPENSATION

• Fixed base salary + performance-based commission
