About the role We are seeking a Sales Assistant/Sales Promotion Girl (SA/SPG) to join PT Dickies Indonesia Mandiri in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at our retail locations. As an SA/SPG, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience that reflects our commitment to quality workwear and lifestyle products. Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of Brand merchandise Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail display and shop floor Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and rotation Participate in promotional activities and special events to increase brand awareness

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance goals Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
