Hello! I am the founder of multiple businesses across Indonesia, Singapore and Australia, based in Bali. I am looking for someone who will be available to handle the following: Lives in Bali. Outside Bali will not be considered. Send a structured morning and end-of-day report each working day

Source and negotiate with vendors (construction, jewelry, packaging, printing, suppliers) Coordinate property management across 2 villas (tenants, maintenance, repairs) Handle government administration (BPJS, KTP/KK, notary, KBLI filings)

Book flights, hotels, and organise travel logistics Create invoices and process payment approvals Manage task tracker and follow up on all open items without being asked

Support operations (Jobstreet postings, product research, document transcription) Run personal errands — local sourcing, deliveries, purchases Be available on WhatsApp during business hours to take tasks and execute fast
