RNO Engineer

Job Responsibilities ： 1.Responsible for optimizing drive test metrics for the wireless network front-end, as well as identifying, tracking, and resolving front-end network issues. 2.Responsible for the planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization work.

3.End-to-end organization and tracking of cluster acceptance, including subcontractor test tracking, front-end test optimization, acceptance report generation, and client presentation, to complete cluster acceptance. 4.Organize and participate in various customer communication activities; responsible for preparing relevant materials and reports, as well as collecting customer issues and requirements. Job Requirements：

1. Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basic principles, mobile communication standards, protocols and radio Optimization, with more than 2 years of experience in Telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance. 2. Outgoing personality, logical thinking, good communication skills, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. 3. Possess strong communication skills, team spirit, customer service awareness, and a goal-oriented mindset.

4. Have a certain level of proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 5. Work proactively and diligently, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.
