Risk Analyst (Governance Regulation)

Work Scope : This position will focus on strengthening risk governance, control and monitoring activities, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks to support regulatory monitoring, gap analysis of new regulations, compliance impact assessments, policy and procedure enhancements, and the continuous improvement of risk management practices. The position is expected to strengthen governance effectiveness and ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory and group standards.

Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Control, Governance, or Regulatory Affairs within a financial institution & banking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly: Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookup functions) Microsoft PowerPoint (management and board presentations) Microsoft Word (policy, procedure, and regulatory documentation) Fluent in English (Both spoken and written) . Experience in regulatory reporting, policy and procedure development, governance reviews, or regulatory examinations is an advantage.

Good understanding of OJK regulations applicable to finance companies (IKNB) /Bank Ability to monitor new regulations, perform regulatory gap analysis, and assess business and operational impacts. Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and governance evaluations.

Ability to analyze regulations and translate regulatory requirements into practical business actions. Ability to develop and review policies, procedures, and governance-related documentation and report-writing skills.
