Revit Drafter / BIM Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Revit Drafter / BIM Technician to join our team in Uluwatu and work on high-end residential and hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed BIM models, construction documentation, quantity take-offs, topography analysis, and shop drawings for luxury villas and boutique hospitality developments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Produce complete architectural construction drawings and detailed documentation. Create and manage complex Revit massing and conceptual geometry models. Model and analyze site topography and terrain modifications.

Generate and manage Cut & Fill schedules and earthwork calculations. Create and maintain Quantity Take-Off (QTO) schedules for materials and construction elements. Prepare detailed Shop Drawings for architectural, structural coordination, custom furniture, joinery, metalwork, and construction execution.

Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Review drawings for constructability and site implementation. Support project teams during design development, tender, and construction phases.

Ensure BIM standards, drawing quality, and project documentation consistency. Requirements Good written and spoken English.
