Revegetation & Maintenance Unit Head

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Forestry, Soil Science, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant work experience is an advantage. Hold Driver's License (SIM A).

Strong understanding of reclamation and revegetation activities, including nursery management, planting, and post-planting maintenance on ex-mining land. Capable of evaluating soil quality test results and implementing soil improvement programs to support land reclamation. Proficient in ArcGIS or similar Geographic Information System (GIS) software.

Able to prepare and manage data required for reclamation reporting. Possession of a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate and Reclamation Implementation Competency Certificate is preferred. Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to supervise field personnel.

Familiarity with SIMPEL PROPER, particularly the Land Damage Control (KKL) aspect, is an advantage. Supervise reclamation and revegetation planting activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and regulatory requirements. Prepare and compile reclamation and revegetation implementation reports.

Monitor and oversee maintenance activities for reclamation vegetation to ensure healthy plant growth and survival rates. Supervise the maintenance and accessibility of reclamation areas, including roads and supporting infrastructure.
