Retail Supervisor bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional harian dan eksekusi penjualan di toko ritel untuk memastikan standar pengalaman pelanggan, kinerja tim, presentasi toko, dan efisiensi operasional tetap terjaga. Anda akan memimpin tim toko, memantau kinerja penjualan harian, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional yang berlaku. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat, orientasi pada target penjualan, serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik. Anda akan bekerja secara proaktif dalam mengelola stok, visual merchandising, dan koordinasi pelaporan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional toko secara keseluruhan.

Kualifikasi: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, store supervision, or store management; Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or premium consumer brands is an advantage; Strong leadership and people management skills; Good communication and customer service skills; Comfortable working with sales targets and performance reports; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Able to manage daily operations and multiple priorities; Proactive, responsible, and hands-on; Good attention to detail and high standards of store presentation; Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the retail schedule.
