Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.; Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or store management position.; Experience managing supermarket, premium grocery, fresh market, or modern retail operations is highly preferred.; Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.; Strong understanding of sales, inventory, merchandising, and retail operational processes.; Target-oriented, analytical, proactive, and customer-focused.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.; Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred.; Willing to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays when required..
