Good communication skills to help create a positive guest experience. Confident in speaking and interacting with customers. Available to join as soon as possible.
Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Actively support sales by explaining ongoing promotions and assisting in achieving sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays in the store
- Monitor stock availability, report low stock levels, and restock items when needed
- Record sales transactions accurately and prepare daily or routine sales reports
- Learn and stay updated on new products in order to explain them clearly to customers
- Help maintain store security and ensure the sales area is properly managed
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience to ensure excellent service
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
