The Retail Operation Manager (Regional Manager) reports to the Head of Operation Division. This role is responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met across all stores in the region, developing strategic plans based on sales data, and leading Area Managers to optimize store performance and promotional activities.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs for all stores in the region; Analyze sales data and design effective strategies to increase turnover and profitability; Coordinate, guide, and evaluate Area Managers; Ensure QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards are applied consistently; Manage and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) of the area; Manage and develop human resources in the area.
