We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Retail HCBP Officer to join our Human Capital team, focusing on operations across the Jabodetabek region. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing experiential HR operations, ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end HR processes that support business growth and employee engagement. As a true business partner, you will deliver integrated HR support ranging from recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, to employee offboarding. You will collaborate closely with retail leaders to identify manpower needs, maintain HR data accuracy, ensure labor law compliance, and drive engagement initiatives within retail operations.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor HR operational activities across all retail locations in the Jabodetabek Region; Handle the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination; Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and fulfill manpower needs in a timely manner; Support employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen the experiential culture; Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations; Provide consultation and support on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters; Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR program implementation; Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail industry; Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law implementation.
