Lead of Reservation Sales Agent Team, Growth of effective and strategies idea for hospitality
Tanggung jawab: Manage and respond to booking inquiries for Grun Resorts properties across all channels; Supervise and support the reservations team in daily operations and workload management; Ensure accuracy of reservations data including rates availability and guest details; Monitor booking conversions and follow up on pending inquiries to maximize occupancy; Coordinate closely with sales operations and front office teams to ensure smooth guest experiences; Handle complex or high priority reservations and guest requests when required; Maintain clear SOPs and ensure the team follows established reservation standards; Provide training guidance and performance feedback to reservation staff; Act as the main point of coordination between the reservations team and B2B sales by reviewing, filtering, and prioritizing incoming inquiries related to retreat groups, weddings, and group bookings, ensuring qualified leads are escalated promptly to the; Have a strong sales background in hospitality industry.
