Research Scientist (Stem Cell Laboratory)

Key Responsibilities Perform isolation, culture, expansion, and maintenance of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). Perform culture and expansion of immune cells (NK cells, PBMCs, T cells, etc.).

Operate and manage cell banking, including cryopreservation, storage, thawing, and inventory control. Conduct routine laboratory bench work following aseptic techniques and biosafety standards. Prepare culture media, reagents, and laboratory materials.

Maintain accurate laboratory records, batch records, and experimental documentation. Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform laboratory equipment operation, calibration, cleaning, and maintenance.

Support quality control (QC) activities and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards. Work closely with physicians and the clinical team to support regenerative medicine services. Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant laboratory environment.
