PT Textil Lintas Indonesia (Textilindo Group) is hiring an R&D and Quality Control Supervisor for PT Harmoni Citra Perkasa , an affiliated company engaged in toy trading and manufacturing. 📍 Location: Kosambi–Dadap, Tangerang, Banten 🗓 Working Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full Day) and Saturday (Half Day) Lead toy product development and quality control activities to ensure product quality, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise R&D and Quality Control activities for toy products; Develop new products and improve existing products based on market trends, customer needs, safety standards, and business requirements; Manage product development activities, including product specifications, material selection, samples, trials, testing, evaluation, and approval; Evaluate product design, functionality, durability, materials, packaging, and overall quality; Establish product specifications, quality standards, testing methods, inspection procedures, and acceptance criteria; Monitor incoming materials, supplier samples, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards; Ensure products comply with applicable quality and safety requirements, including Indonesian National Standards (SNI); Analyze product defects, quality issues, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions; Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, suppliers, and other departments regarding product development and quality improvement; Prepare and maintain product specifications, test results, quality reports, SOPs, and technical documentation; Lead, coach, and evaluate the R&D and Quality Control team.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Management or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related function, including supervisory experience; Experience in the toy, plastic products, injection molding, consumer goods, or related manufacturing industry is preferred; Strong knowledge of product development, material evaluation, product testing, quality inspection, and manufacturing processes; Familiar with toy product safety requirements, SNI standards, quality documentation, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; Detail-oriented, innovative, proactive, and committed to product quality and safety; Willing to work on-site in Kosambi–Dadap, Tangerang.
