This role is focused on the pulp and paper industry, specifically within Research & Development and Quality Control departments. The company aims to enhance sustainability, optimize raw materials, and improve product performance through advanced testing and digitalization. The R&D QC Pulp Manager will oversee new product formulas, pilot trials, and the improvement of existing products. Additionally, the role involves managing laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance (BPOM, GMP/CPOB, ISO), and leading a team of scientists or lab staff to maintain data integrity and make critical decisions regarding product release.
Tanggung jawab: Product Development (R&D): Overseeing new product formulas, pilot trials, and improving existing products; Quality Control (QC): Testing raw materials, packaging, and in-process control (IPC) to ensure quality standards; Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with BPOM, GMP/CPOB, ISO 9001, or ISO 17025 standards; Laboratory Management: Managing lab instruments (HPLC, GC), calibration, and validating new analytical methods; Team Leadership: Leading scientists or lab staff, overseeing data integrity, and making final decisions on product release or rejection.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; 3–5 years of managerial experience in QC/R&D, particularly within the Pulp industries; Strong analytical, leadership, and technical writing skills.
