Posisi Research & Development / Product Developer bertanggung jawab dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan gambar teknis 2D dan 3D yang mendetail untuk produk furnitur serta home & living. Peran ini melibatkan konversi konsep produk, sketsa, dan spesifikasi menjadi gambar teknis yang akurat, termasuk detail struktur, sambungan, komponen, dan metode konstruksi. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan dalam memastikan akurasi dimensi dan material, melakukan revisi berdasarkan umpan balik, serta meninjau gambar untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah produksi sebelum tahap manufaktur. Pemegang posisi juga akan terlibat dalam pengembangan prototipe, pemeliharaan dokumentasi teknis, serta melakukan kunjungan ke pabrik atau pemasok untuk mendukung diskusi teknis dan pengecekan sampel.
Tanggung jawab: Create and develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for furniture and home & living products; Convert product concepts, sketches, measurements, and specifications into accurate technical drawings; Prepare production drawings with complete dimensions, materials, components, and construction details; Develop detailed drawings of furniture structures, joints, components, and assembly details; Revise and update technical drawings based on feedback; Review drawings to identify technical issues or production problems; Check prototypes and samples against technical drawings; Prepare and maintain technical documentation and product specifications; Visit factories or suppliers to support technical discussions and sample checking.
