Research & Development Manager

Lead and manage the Research & Development team in developing and improving product packing methods and sample products. Develop, evaluate, and validate packing specifications to ensure product protection, quality, and operational efficiency. Coordinate product sample development based on customer requirements, new product initiatives, and production capabilities.

Conduct research and testing on packing materials, packing methods, and product presentation to improve quality and cost efficiency. Ensure all product samples meet customer specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Requirements
