Designed and validated production processes and packaging, managed trials, testing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Tanggung jawab: Design mixing procedures for each related product and ensure smooth process control implementation from lab scale to factory scale; Redesign processes to optimize existing operations at the factory scale; Conduct pilot plant and production trials for both new processes and new products; Prepare reports for each trial and evaluate results for new processes; Design and validate equipment needed for production trials; Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, QC, and PPIC departments for trial preparation and evaluation; Assist in creating manufacturing standard documents for each product; Propose packaging design for new products; Ensuring that packaging products meet set requirements and specifications; Manage packaging samples throughout the process and run trials to check packaging for suitability and testing; Create documents and validation of packaging on pilot scale and commercial batches; Conduct stability testing for packaging change; Responsible for making packaging material specifications for new packaging materials; Work with across functions on pre-production runs, ensuring customer approval of packaging; including all packaging-related issues; Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00; Having a degree from an overseas university is a plus; Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience as R&D staff (Process Engineer or Packaging Development; Willing and able to work in both laboratory and field; Advance in Microsoft Office, having knowledge in Fusion360 and Autocad will be an advantage; Personality traits: disciplined, honest, creative, eager to learn, and willing to work in a team; Skills: problem-solving, detail-oriented, communication and coordination with other functions, administrative skills, and laboratorium skill; Working Hours: Non-shift, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM); Recruitment process and work placement located in Cakung, East Jakarta.
