PT Tradecorp Indonesia bergerak di sektor kontainer dan konstruksi dengan melayani pelanggan di seluruh Indonesia melalui penyediaan depot kontainer, perdagangan/penyewaan, modifikasi kontainer, serta proyek konstruksi. Perusahaan saat ini tengah berinvestasi besar pada teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) guna mengeliminasi pekerjaan administratif yang berulang, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan di area yard maupun lapangan, serta memberikan akses instan bagi tim internal terhadap berbagai pengetahuan dan dokumen perusahaan. Sebagai Claude AI Engineer, Anda bertanggung jawab membangun dan mengintegrasikan aplikasi siap produksi menggunakan Anthropic Claude API (Messages API, tool use, structured outputs, vision/PDF input, prompt caching, Message Batches) serta Claude Agent SDK. Anda akan mengembangkan asisten percakapan multi-turn, agen pemanggil alat, alur kerja multi-agen, serta mengintegrasikan Claude dengan sistem internal maupun pihak ketiga (seperti ERP, sistem operasional depot, penyimpanan dokumen, email, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft 365, dan Google Workspace) melalui API dan server MCP. Perusahaan juga mengandalkan Anda untuk membangun dan memelihara pipeline RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) atas dokumen-dokumen perusahaan seperti SOP, kontrak, spesifikasi, dan tender masa lalu, serta menangani pemrosesan dokumen pindaian dan formulir tulisan tangan. Selain itu, ruang lingkup peran ini mencakup perancangan strategi prompt engineering yang handal, pembuatan kerangka evaluasi otomatis dan manual untuk mengukur akurasi ekstraksi serta tingkat halusinasi, penerapan guardrails dan validasi input/output, serta optimasi latensi, penggunaan token, dan biaya melalui perutean model dan pemrosesan batch. Anda juga akan membangun infrastruktur produksi yang andal dengan memperhatikan keamanan dan perlindungan data yang selaras dengan UU PDP No. 27/2022 serta standar kerahasiaan klien, bermitra erat dengan pengguna untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan operasional menjadi solusi AI yang berdampak, serta mendokumentasikan arsitektur, prompt, dan praktik terbaik secara komprehensif.
Tanggung jawab: Build & Integrate; Design and implement production-grade applications using the Anthropic Claude API (Messages API, tool use, structured outputs, vision/PDF input, prompt caching, Message Batches) and Claude Agent SDK; Build multi-turn conversational assistants, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent workflows; Integrate Claude with internal and third-party systems (ERP, depot/operational systems, document storage, email, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) via APIs and MCP servers; Develop and maintain RAG pipelines over company documents (SOPs, contracts, specifications, past tenders), including chunking, hybrid search, re-ranking, and context management for Bahasa Indonesia and English content; Build document-processing pipelines for scanned documents and handwritten forms, with human review where accuracy is critical; Prompting, Quality & Safety; Develop robust prompt engineering strategies and maintain a versioned prompt library; Create evaluation frameworks (automated + human) measuring extraction accuracy, hallucination rate, helpfulness, safety, latency, and cost; Implement guardrails, input/output validation, and human-in-the-loop approval for actions involving money, contracts, or customer communication; Continuously A/B test prompts, models, and architectures, and roll out improvements safely; Performance, Cost & Operations; Optimize latency, token usage, and cost through model routing, prompt caching, batch processing, and efficient context management; Build reliable production infrastructure (rate limiting, retries, fallbacks, streaming, logging, monitoring, alerting); Apply security and data-protection practices aligned with UU PDP (Law No. 27/2022) and client confidentiality requirements; Track and report monthly API usage and cost versus business value; Business Partnership & Enablement; Partner with users to map processes, prioritize automation opportunities, and translate requirements into Claude solutions; Measure and report impact (hours saved, turnaround time, error reduction); Train end users and internal AI champions; support company-wide adoption; Document architectures, prompts, evaluations, and best practices; maintain an internal knowledge base of patterns and failure modes; Rapidly prototype new Claude capabilities and stay current with model and feature releases.
Kualifikasi: Solid programming experience in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript or similar, with demonstrated ability to write production-quality code; Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with practical experience implementing AI solutions; Familiarity with Claude AI or other large language models, including API integration and prompt engineering; Experience with software development best practices, version control systems and development frameworks; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues independently; Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; Preferred experience working in agile development environments; Willing to work at Cakung, East Jakarta.
