Peran ini menuntut tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan riset dan analisis komprehensif yang mencakup sektor Properti, Konsumen, dan Unggas, termasuk mengamati tren industri, kinerja perusahaan, serta dinamika pasar yang relevan. Anda juga akan menyusun pembaruan triwulanan mengenai hasil kinerja perusahaan, mengembangkan ide perdagangan serta wawasan investasi untuk tim penjualan, serta memantau berita dan pergerakan pasar guna mengidentifikasi peluang maupun risiko investasi secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct research and analysis covering the Property, Consumer, and Poultry sectors , including industry trends, company performance, and relevant market developments; Prepare and provide quarterly updates on company results , including financial performance, key business developments, and relevant highlights; Develop and communicate trading ideas and investment insights to the Sales team based on market analysis and sector developments; Provide regular updates on sector-specific developments, news, and market trends relevant to the respective sectors; Monitor industry and company-related news, events, and market movements to identify potential investment opportunities and risks; Support the Sales team by providing timely and relevant research insights for client discussions and investment-related activities; Special Knowledge & Skills; Strong understanding of financial modeling and financial analysis; Good knowledge of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and capital market; Good understanding of industry trends, market developments, and sector dynamics; Ability to analyze company financial performance and industry-related data; Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate findings into investment and trading insights.
