Research & Agronomy Staff bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung program riset dan agronomi guna meningkatkan produktivitas perkebunan, kualitas tanaman, serta penerapan praktik keberlanjutan. Peran ini menggabungkan aktivitas lapangan dengan tugas analitis untuk memastikan standar operasional perkebunan terpenuhi. Anda akan terlibat dalam pemantauan uji coba lapangan, pengumpulan data agronomi, serta penyusunan laporan dan rekomendasi teknis. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan dalam mendukung inisiatif keberlanjutan perusahaan dan berkoordinasi dengan tim estate untuk memastikan pelaksanaan praktik manajemen terbaik (Best Management Practices) di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct field trials related to progeny, fertilization, crop management, pest & disease control, and yield improvement; Monitor and evaluate agronomy practices in estate areas; Collect, validate, and analyze agronomic and operational data from the field; Support development and implementation of best management practices (BMP); Coordinate with estate teams to ensure proper execution of research trials; Prepare periodic reports, analysis, and recommendations; Assist in soil, leaf, and crop sampling activities; Support sustainability initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science or related field; Experience on similar position min. 2 years, prior experience in plantation/research is an advantage; Strong interest in fieldwork and willingness to travel to plantation sites.
