Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola penelitian agronomi dan mendukung operasional perkebunan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, hasil panen, dan praktik pertanian berkelanjutan. Manajer akan memimpin tim riset, mengembangkan praktik terbaik budidaya kelapa sawit, serta memberikan rekomendasi teknis terkait nutrisi tanaman dan kesuburan tanah. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup evaluasi teknologi pertanian baru, analisis data performa perkebunan, serta penyusunan laporan teknis untuk manajemen. Manajer diharapkan mampu memimpin tim, mengelola uji coba lapangan, dan memastikan implementasi strategi agronomi yang efektif di seluruh area operasional perkebunan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage agronomy research, field trials, and plantation improvement programs; Develop and implement best practices for oil palm agronomy; Provide recommendations on fertilizer, soil fertility, crop nutrition, and field management; Monitor and analyze plantation performance, yield, and agronomic data; Evaluate new technologies, agricultural inputs, and cultivation practices; Provide technical support and recommendations to plantation management; Lead and develop the Research & Agronomy team; Prepare technical reports and present research findings to management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience as Research & Agronomy Manager in oil palm plantation; Strong knowledge of oil palm cultivation, crop nutrition, soil management, and yield improvement; Experience in field trials, research methodology, and data analysis.
