The Compliance and Risk Management team di Shopee berperan memastikan bahwa perusahaan mematuhi seluruh regulasi yang berlaku serta berjalan sukses melalui mekanisme pengawasan yang tepat guna demi melindungi kepentingan para pemangku kepentingan dalam ekosistem digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Tim ini mengelola potensi risiko terhadap operasional dan reputasi perusahaan melalui asesmen risiko, pengendalian penipuan internal, pelatihan karyawan, serta penerapan kebijakan teknologi informasi dan perangkat keamanan siber. Sebagai bagian dari tim ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk menilai dan mengidentifikasi inisiatif bisnis, menyusun rencana mitigasi risiko reputasi, mempersiapkan materi komunikasi yang jelas dan efektif, serta mengelola register risiko guna memastikan seluruh pemangku kepentingan selaras dengan arah strategis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Assess and identify business initiatives as well as prepare mitigation plans to manage reputational risks; Prepare clear and effective communication materials and meeting notes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the latest status and updates; Maintain risk register, track initiative status, and liaise with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business direction; Project management to ensure all relevant business stakeholders execute their deliverables on time in accordance with the project timeline; Monitor the implementation of risk controls and regularly evaluate their effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary; Contribute creative ideas supported by research and an understanding of target market conditions; Focus areas include, but are not limited to, business, operations, content, product, partnership, and people risk; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.2; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in risk management and/or corporate strategy; Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively; Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn; Able to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously; High proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
