Perusahaan bergerak dalam penyediaan layanan logistik dan pengelolaan fasilitas industri terpadu, mencakup gudang, terminal tangki, serta situs transportasi darat dan laut. Peran Chief Security menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam mengawasi seluruh aspek keamanan, memastikan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang aman dan kondusif, serta melakukan tindakan pencegahan terhadap potensi kecurangan (fraud) di berbagai lokasi operasional seperti gudang, terminal tangki, hingga area transportasi darat maupun laut dan kapal. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi investigasi masalah keamanan, penanganan potensi fraud sesuai SOP keamanan perusahaan, pemeliharaan serta pengujian kelayakan peralatan keamanan, serta membina koordinasi yang erat dengan aparat penegak hukum, instansi militer, dan kepolisian setempat.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for all security, safe working environment and fraud prevention in warehouse, tank terminal, land transportation site and sea transportation site and ship; Lead and resolve security issues (including potential fraud investigation) and escalate unresolved issues based on Security SOP; Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment; Ensuring the development and maintenance security equipment; Ensuring that security equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, maintained, if any; Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective training and development program; JOB REQUIREMENTS:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree (S1) in related function; Minimum 3 years experience in security function (Preferably as Chief/Head of Security); (Not Required, But Prefer) Preferably retired from TNI AL / Polri with a minimum rank of Perwira Menengah; Certificated Gada Utama; Have a coordination network with local goverment, police, military, or port officer; Able to use Computer Application & email; Basic safety knowledge.
