LPEI (Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia) merupakan lembaga yang berfokus pada kegiatan pembiayaan, penjaminan, dan asuransi untuk mendukung ekspor nasional. Posisi ini ditempatkan di Regional Office IV (Medan) untuk mengelola hubungan bisnis di wilayah tersebut. Sebagai Relationship Manager, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengembangkan bisnis pembiayaan. Tugas utama mencakup identifikasi calon debitur, pemasaran produk LPEI, analisis strategi pemasaran, penilaian risiko kredit, pemantauan kepatuhan debitur, serta memastikan target kinerja individu tercapai sesuai dengan prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.
Tanggung jawab: To prepare proposals for target markets and identify feasible prospective debtors or clients; To carry out marketing activities for LPEI products to (prospective) Debtors; To analyze and propose marketing strategies to be implemented in order to achieve business targets; To establish and maintain good relationships with debtors or clients; To analyze and conduct risk assessments on various aspects of business proposals; To analyze credit ratings of (prospective) Debtors; To monitor Debtors’ business activities, compliance with obligations and financing requirements, including taking preventive measures in the event of a decline in the Debtor’s business performance or activities; To analyze and prepare proposals for financing collectability assessments and objective evidence analysis of financing, including the calculation of individual CKPN, as well as maintaining financing collectability in coordination with relevant work u; To propose LPEI Partnership Programs; To ensure the achievement of individual performance targets; To ensure that all operational activities are conducted in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles; To follow up on the completion of audit findings and corrective actions; To perform other duties as required by the institution and/or as instructed by superiors.
Kualifikasi: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage; Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions; Possession of a professional qualification in Risk Management and/or Credit Brevet is preferred; Willing to be placed in Medan.
