Regional Sales Supervisor

Regional Sales Supervisor Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Proven experience (2+ years) in sales within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry, specifically in the Indonesian market. Solid experience managing Key Accounts or Key Stores with a demonstrable network of retail or distribution contacts. Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a competitive market. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits and market inspections. Experience working with international beauty brands or multinational companies.

Understanding of local market regulations and consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the Indonesian cosmetics market.

Manage and expand relationships with key accounts or major retail chains (KA/KS). Identify new business opportunities and negotiate distribution deals with local partners, retailers, or wholesalers. Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales targets and brand presence are met.
