Perusahaan mencari Regional Sales Executive untuk wilayah Sumatera (berbasis di Medan) guna mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan kemitraan strategis di industri bahan makanan dan baking. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru, melakukan negosiasi, serta memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pelanggan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam bahasa Inggris serta pemahaman teknis mengenai produk makanan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute business growth strategies; Generate leads, conduct solution pitching, negotiate, and close deals; Explore new market segments and business opportunities; Manage customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Support, or Business Development within Baking & Food Ingredients Industry; Fluent in English is preferred.
