Tanggung Jawab

• Perform regular stock takes in line with SOPs to ensure data accuracy and material traceability
• Execute receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes to support smooth warehouse operations
• Ensure all inbound and outbound materials are accurate, damage-free, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles
• Process documentation and data entries accurately and on time for proper traceability and compliance
• Manage excise document control and maintain close communication with excise officers to ensure compliance with government regulations
• Conduct performance measurement, reporting, and reviews for your operational area to achieve KPI targets
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and uphold safety and hygiene standards
• CANDIDATE CRITERIA
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields
• Preferably has experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Skills & Competencies:
• Highly trustworthy, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to be placed in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto
