Posisi Regional Executive Finance ini ditawarkan untuk penugasan sementara selama 6 bulan (Temporary Maternity). Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap manajemen kredit, pengelolaan piutang (receivables), pelaporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi, serta dukungan operasional regional yang mencakup wilayah Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Filipina. Pemegang posisi akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim keuangan dan penjualan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional serta pencatatan aset dan liabilitas perusahaan yang akurat. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pencatatan koleksi piutang (A/R) secara akurat dan tepat waktu serta menindaklanjuti pembayaran yang tertunda. Selain itu, Anda akan mengelola risiko kredit, melakukan persetujuan dan pemantauan kredit, serta menerbitkan nota debet dan kredit modul FI secara tepat waktu. Peran ini juga mencakup penutupan buku akhir bulan (month-end closing), penyusunan jadwal rekonsiliasi bulanan, jurnal terkait piutang, rekonsiliasi bank, serta mendukung proyek administratif dan peningkatan proses operasional (ad-hoc projects).
Tanggung jawab: AR Collection : Accurate and timely recording of A/R collections. Follow up outstanding payments; Credit Management : Credit risk assessment, approval, and monitoring. Serving as a vital link between Finance and Sales to facilitate communication on customer-related matters; Issuance of FI debit and credit notes : Issue FI module Debit Notes and Credit Notes accurately and on timely basis, to ensure Company’s assets and liabilities are recorded accurately and on time; Month-End Closing and Reporting : To prepare monthly reconciliation schedules. Preparation of AR-related journal entries. Prepare Bank Reconciliation; Admin, Ad-hoc projects : Support process improvement to enhance administrative and operation. Participate and support any ad-hoc projects; Scope of Area : Responsible for managing within the regional team, including Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year’ experience in AR & Credit Management / Accounting; Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, credit management, and cashflow forecasting; Understanding of accounting principles, month-end closing, reconciliations, and tax (withholding tax) requirements; Ability to analyse financial statements and assess credit risk; Proficiency in English; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; General Requirements :; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Minimum GPA 3.00.
