Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Minimum 4 year of experience in the recruitment area (preferably in a manufacturing company) with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong experience in handling the end-to-end talent management cycle (competency development & performance management) Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, manpower planning, and talent acquisition strategies Experienced in developing talent pipelines and managing recruitment KPIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and recruitment databases/ATS Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring process timeliness and candidate quality.
Lead collaboration with other departments and third parties throughout the recruitment process. Initiate recruitment planning and strategy to establish talent pipeline and increase process effectiveness. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on hiring performance and manpower conditions.
