Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience handling End to End recruitment process
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Having experience in handling recruitment for Supervisor level and above and also mass recruitment will be advantage
• Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
• 1. Ensure manpower fulfilment based on Manpower Plan Schedule through recruitment process
• 2. Ensure New Employee Preparation is managed timely (Document completion and new hire registration)
• 3. Provide the guidelines to equip Hiring Manager on how to conduct interview and select the right candidate to fulfil the required role within the organization.
• 4. Provide monthly recruitment report, analyze the recruitment performance & effectiveness, recommend changes to the recruitment process, implements and evaluate changes
• 5. Provide and manage shortlisted database in order to fasten the recruitment process
