Tanggung jawab: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies; Sourcing high-quality candidates through job postings, networking, social media, and other recruitment channels; Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for our organisation; Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers; Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring need; Job Requirement:; Bachelor degree from Psychology is a must; Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role; Freshgraduates are welcome to apply; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers; Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and technologies; A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify candidates who are the right fit for our organisation; Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
