Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Law, or other related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Development, with at least 6 years at Staff level and 2 years at Supervisor level
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment processes, talent management, and employee development programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Possess good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
• BNSP HR Certification, CHRP, or CHRM certification is preferred
• Experience in shipping, mining, or logistics industry is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding
• Develop and manage manpower planning and recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements
• Coordinate and implement employee learning, training, competency development, and talent management programs
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics, recruitment reports, manpower reports, and other HR-related analytics for management
• Support HR digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment, people development, and HR processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR programs and manpower requirements align with business objectives and operational needs
