We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the face of Mad Monkey Uluwatu. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (booking systems, email, POS systems)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of the Uluwatu/Bali area is an advantage
