Receiptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests at Reload Sanctuary, responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless arrival experience. This role manages front desk operations, handles guest inquiries, and ensures smooth coordination between departments to support overall guest satisfaction. Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner Handle check-ins, registrations, and general front desk administration

Provide accurate information regarding facilities, services, memberships, and promotions Manage phone calls, messages, and reservations efficiently Coordinate with internal teams (Gym, F&B, Operations) to ensure smooth guest flow

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care Process payments and maintain accurate records when required Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information Front-facing role with direct guest interaction Requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
