PT Serena Indopangan Industri, bagian dari Khong Guan Group, berlokasi di Cibinong, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Perusahaan ini bergerak di industri makanan dan minuman. Posisi R&D Product and Packaging Development staff ini bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan produk dan kemasan, khususnya untuk produk biskuit, kue, dan wafer. Staf ini akan melaporkan langsung kepada R&D Section Head dan terlibat dalam berbagai aspek teknis seperti pengujian sensorik, uji masa simpan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pangan (BPOM, Halal, HACCP, ISO, dll).
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology from a reputable university; Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is a plus; At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Food/beverage packaging/product development is required for this position; Prior product development experience in cookies/biscuit/wafer industry is prioritized; Able to multi tasks, quick to adapt, enjoy working as a team; Required Skill(s): BPOM & foreign country regulations, Halal, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, BRC, Food Safety Management System, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SMK3, Packaging development, Product development in bakery/biscuit/cookies, Product lab.
Kualifikasi
