We are looking for an experienced R&D Process Supervisor to lead and oversee commercial-scale production processes with our manufacturing partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful process scale-up, commercial batch execution, and manufacturing transfer for existing products while maintaining product quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both Research & Development (R&D) and Quality Control (QC) within the FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry. This position requires frequent travel to manufacturing sites, hands-on supervision during production, and flexibility to work according to production schedules. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics & personal care, or related industries. Experience in R&D and Quality Control (QC) is preferred. Experienced in product commercialization and supervising commercial production at third-party manufacturers (maklon). Experienced in product transfer or manufacturing transfer for existing SKUs. Good understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, GMP, and quality standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willing to travel to manufacturing sites and work outside office hours when required. Willing to work full-time (WFO) in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. Key Responsibilities
