Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development, R&D
• Fresh Graduates with strong skills are welcome
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, forming, welding, coating)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with FEA/CFD simulations tools is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Tanggung Jawab

• Design and Develop new mechanical components, systems, production tools
• Conduct feasibility studies, stimulations, analysis, support product development
• Perform prototype building, testing, and validation of designs
• Improve existing products & process for performance, efficiency, reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Productions, Quality, Procurement, Projects
• Prepare technical reports, design documentations, and test results
• Research new materials, manufacturing methods, and technologies
• Support trouble shooting of mechanical issues in productions and testing phases
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations
