R&D Automotive Electrical Design Engineer – North Jakarta – WFO (ID: 703307)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in an automotive manufacturing company in finding great talent as a R&D Automotive Electrical Design Engineer with the requirement as follows: Working location: North Jakarta Job Responsibility:

Support the development of automotive electrical systems for new vehicle models and existing products. Design and evaluate automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, ECUs, sensors, actuators, and CAN communication systems. Prepare and review electrical drawings and technical documentation.

Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for electrical system-related issues. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support engineering development projects. Support product improvement initiatives and engineering change activities.

Ensure project milestones and development timelines are achieved according to schedule. Utilize electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, CATIA, or equivalent software. Participate in vehicle validation and product evaluation processes.

Support continuous improvement activities within the engineering department. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).
